Regulating emotions (not showing emotion)
Regulating attention (not getting distracted)
Regulating behavior (persisting at boring task; not eating candy)
Subject to depletion/weakening with repeated use

Graduating in one more day… and leaving Berkeley for good in under 5 days! Wow. I’m leaving for Europe and Asia in two weeks, and I’ll be gone for two months???!!?!?!
Holy. Nope still hasn’t really hit me…… Maybe after my ceremony on Saturday. Hopefully not til after I’m back home lolol
